Because Github uses the filesystem to store branch names, it tries to open .git/refs/heads/SqlMigration/ReportFixes. Because the filesystem is case insensitive it successfully opens .git/refs/heads/SqlMigration/ReportFixes but gets confused when it tries to compare the branch names case-sensitively and they don't match.

Description:Xtreme Download Manager is an open source program. A fairly good downloader of files from the Internet, which allows you to increase the speed of normal download up to 5 times. It supports the resumption of interrupted downloads, the automatic distribution of files to target folders (video, music, programs, documents, archives), integrated with most modern web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox Quantum, Opera, Vivaldi, etc., there is a scheduler for customization Scheduled. Can convert files to various formats. Also Xtreme Download Manager will help you to capture video from such popular resources as YouTube, Metacafe, Dailymotion, Google Video and other sites - just specify the URL-link, and the program will offer available options for downloading the video.
Additional Information:High download speed is provided by using a sophisticated dynamic algorithm of segmentation, data compression and reconnection to the data source. The program works fine with HTTP, HTTPS and FTP protocols, supports firewalls, proxy servers, automatic proxy scripts, redirection files, cookies, authorizations, etc.
Through EBSCOhost Web, you can access 20 different databases covering various subjects, so students of any major will find EBSCOhost useful. This database provides full text access to articles from magazines, newspapers, and journals (including peer reviewed). You can also find company profiles and e-books as well.
However, some articles which you'll find listed in EBSCO are available in full text from ERIC, which is an online library of education research and information, sponsored by the Institute of Education Sciences (IES) of the U.S. Department of Education. These articles are indicated on the Results List as shown below:
To retrieve the full text of the article, click on the "Full Text from ERIC" link (shown above), and it will take you to a screen like the one shown below. Click on the "Download full text" link (shown below) to open a PDF of the article.
Consensus sequences of the ITS1 and tef1 region of Trichoderma strains and reference sequences downloaded from Genbank were aligned using the multiple sequence alignment program Clustal W and a phylogenetic study was performed using the program MEGA version 5 (Tamura et al. 2011). The analysis was conducted using the unweighted pair group method with the arithmetic mean (UPGMA) method. The evolutionary history was inferred using the neighbor-joining method (Saitou and Nei 1987) and the evolutionary distances were computed using the maximum composite likelihood method. The robustness of the internal branches was assessed with 2,000 bootstrap replications.
The phylogenetic analysis complemented the results of molecular identification. The phylogenetic tree clearly portrayed the relationships among the Trichoderma isolates. There was detectable variation among the Trichoderma isolates, which is evident from the dendrogram. The isolates were successfully clustered to their respective species groups (in both cases, i.e., ITS and tef1 gene) based on their degree of similarity with high bootstrap values, indicating the robustness of the clustering. The phylogram generated based on the tef1 region is shown in Fig. 2.
